Here is an opportunity to own a rare Cougar. The production numbers for 1967 Scode XR7's is at 2653. The odometer is showing 69176 miles. I have the title dated 1973 and decided to track down the last owner. I phoned and found out the car had belonged to his mother. She bought it in 1967 from the original owner. They sold the car in 07 from the mothers estate. I asked him about the mileage and he said the car was parked for 20 years and the mileage was correct! The person I got the car from did new floor pans. The car has all of the original numbers matching drive train. The car had A/C from the factory. The pump and other underhood items are missing but all the vent work is there. The body is solid but there are a couple of spots that need body work. The diverside fender and the sail panel. Other than that the car is straight. The interior was removed for the install of the pans. The dash is in great shape and most of the gauges work. Speedo, tach, temp,oil,amp gauges work. The center console is in great shape. New carpet and headliner is also included with the car. The motor runs good but the carb needs to be adjusted. The car runs drives and stops. But it will need some fine tuning. The massive 390 has all the goodies, chrome valve covers, aircleaner, dipstick and the original holly carburetor. 1967 Cougar XR7 S Code Big Block!!!

Here is an opportunity to own a rare Cougar. The production numbers for 1967 Scode XR7's is at 2653. The odometer is showing 69176 miles. I have the title dated 1973 and decided to track down the last owner. I phoned and found out the car had belonged to his mother. She bought it in 1967 from the original owner. They sold the car in 07 from the mothers estate. I asked him about the mileage and he said the car was parked for 20 years and the mileage was correct! The person I got the car from did new floor pans.

The car has all of the original numbers matching drive train. The car had A/C from the factory. The pump and other underhood items are missing but all the vent work is there.

The body is solid but there are a couple of spots that need body work. The diverside fender and the sail panel. Other than that the car is straight.

The interior was removed for the install of the pans. The dash is in great shape and most of the gauges work. Speedo, tach, temp,oil,amp gauges work. The center console is in great shape. New carpet and headliner is also included with the car.

The motor runs good but the carb needs to be adjusted. The car runs drives and stops. But it will need some fine tuning. The massive 390 has all the goodies, chrome valve covers, aircleaner, dipstick and the original holly carburetor.
