Vehicle Detail

I am selling my Goldwing since I am having a baby and my wife and I will not be taking any cross country trips for at least 4 years and will not need a full touring bike. The bike has brand new tires and fresh service/ inspection. It has lots of added chrome accessories which I will try to describe but the pictures show it better: Breather cover, engine cover, fog lights, frame cover, LED trunk lights (upper and both lowers) come on with the lights and brighten when the brakes are applied, front fork covers, front fender tips, front fender mud flap, rear veiw mirror tips, headlight bezels and more. The ring of fire (led lights) were added to the front and back wheels as you can see in the picture, they show up during the day and really glow at night. The driver has the added adjustable backrest which has a pouch on the back of it for the passenger to use as a case holder for glasses, gloves or phone etc. My wife loves the extended windsheild which is taller than factory and protects her instead of just me. I installed driver floorboards and passenger floorboards (chromed) with the flip up foot peg so if your wife is 5'2" like mine, she can still touch the pegs or you can drop them down and leave them flat along the floorboard for riders over 5'8". Added highway pegs for a more relaxed riding position on long hauls. It has the spoiler with the LED brake lights. The bike has the navigation system which can be run through the speakers or your headset if you prefer (also can be muted). The radio has a MP3 hook up in a waterproof compartment. The speakers can also be muted or faded from front to back or played in your headset if you desire. Grip and seat heaters are incredible for cold mornings or evening rides and the passenger has separate control of theirs. Air adjustable ride with 2 memory settings for solo riding or passenger riding or addition of trailer, all can be adjusted with a push of the button. Digital display automatically adjusts for night riding so the glare doesn't bother you (really liked that feature). All controls are very easy to use even with gloves. Bike has REVERSE. This feature will spoil you and I will probably miss it the most (none of my other bikes have reverse). If you have owned a Goldwing in the past, you will recognize the comfort immediately and be shocked at how far they have come over the years. If this is your first goldwing, be prepared to be spoiled. The only complaint I have ever had with the bike is that it feels like cheating when I did the ironbutt bun burner (previously took my Springer Softail). It has always been garage kept or covered with a bike cover on trips. We love the bike but I have a strict rule about my toys, I have to be using them or I get rid of them. With the baby coming, day trips are in my immediate future and I have bikes for that. My RESERVE price is Trade In of $13,900 (which is what I was offered at the Harley dealership where I am looking at a toy). The Buy It Now price is the Low Retail (high retail on it is a ridiculous $19,900). I did not factor any of the added accessories into the price since the trade in offer I recieved didn't offer anything for them and Banks seldom look at anything other than NADA retail. I prefer to sell it to someone directly instead of a dealer getting a markup of $5,000. NOTE: in the picture of the right side from the rear you can see just under the right tail light, the truck LED lense is broke on the corner. I will see if I can find a replacement lense (never noticed the break until I was at the Dealer) and post an update if I replace it (if no update posted, assume the lense is still broke and plan on replacing). The entire LED trunk light kit is $115 so it isn't a big item. Bike has never been dropped or downed so I will blame my wife for hitting it with a helmet or something. No need to mention that to her though, thanks. Other than this there are a few normal wear scuffs on the neck of the gas tank from getting on and off as well on the side trunks from bugs. A good detail buffing would make it look like new. I tried to get close up pictures but the reflections from the paint made it impossible to see the scuffs. mileage subject to change since I am still riding but with the Weather getting uglier, it won't be very many miles. zero feedback or negative feedback has to have approval prior to bidding or I will delete your bid (no gaurantee I will accept you as a bidder even after contact but I will delete you if you bid prior to approval). $500 deposit by paypal due within 24 hours of bid close and full payment within 7 days. Funds must clear my bank prior to bike leaving my posession. If you want to ship the bike, I will deliver it to a local (Tulsa, Ok) location but all arrangements must be made by buyer. I will pick you up at the airport if you want to fly in and ride it home. I have a loan on the bike so allow your payment to clear and 1 bank day to get title lien release before planning a shipdate or pickup. I will work with you as needed. Dealers are welcome but Reserve price is the same for all.
