1999 A4. No dents. Some light scratches, very light. Interior has slight seperation on outer driver seat seam. I bought this car for a family member. It did nothing when I turned the key. Lights came on in dash but starter would not engage. Checked the starter the wire was burnt off. Now car has new reman starter. While the starter was out I reached up to the fly wheel and could turn the motor easily. After replacing the starter the motor turned over but not all the way. Upon checking I can turn the motor 3/4 of the way both ways. I took down the oil pan inspection cover to see if there was any bad rods. All look good from what I can see. No debris in the pan or the oil pump. This leads me to believe its a timing chain binding up but I 'm going to call it a bad motor so no one gets upset with me.
