Vehicle Detail
NO RESERVE AUCTION. Engine and transmission excellent, only 130k. Low mileage. Runs and drives well, good tires. New fuel pump, strainer, and filter. Looks like original paint. Drivers side bolster has the usual wear and tear. Interior in good shape otherwise. No cracks or damage to the dash or console. The only damage is the door handle "pulls" where the vinyl is torn on the door panels. Windshield has a crack and there is no spare tire or battery. This is a straight, undamaged rust free car. Two georgia owners and one Florida owner. Experian Autocheck says an accident reported in 1990, a year before the car was manufactured, must be a mistake. This is a hardtop coupe, preferable to the T Top version as the T Tops caused stress cracks in the roof. Buy this clean, straight and original little collectable now while they are still affordable. Respond through Ebays "ask a question"and include your Email for additional pictures. On Dec-22-10 at 21:44:44 PST, seller added the following information: Additional information. Although I stated, "Looks like original paint", someone emailed yesterday and told me it is probably not the original paint because below the rear bumper is white and originally should be black. I was also told that these cars were imported in 1990 and called 1991 model year, so the possibility that the car was damaged 11 months before Autocheck Experian says the car was shipped to the dealer could also exist, someone also said that the dates could also be wrong, very confusing, lots of opinions out there. Therefore I should say, "This is a straight, rust free car that appears undamaged." This is a 20 year old car. Although it is a very collectable car, that does not mean it is in "pristine condition". It is in, what I think, and others have told me, "great condition" for it's age. It has a few dings, scratches, tears, some pieces missing and has been driven 130,000 miles in it's lifetime. In my defense, it still looks like original paint to me and I can't find any evidence of prior damage. It is still a great little car with low mileage. Still runs and drives well with a great engine and transmission and good tires. Email me, ask me questions, ask for additional pictures, I have a camera, request pictures, I'll go out there and take them for you. I think it is a great deal.
