Everything works as it should..engine, transmission, power options and handicap equipment, We checked it all out in our service department before offering it for sale. In addition to the listed options this van is also equipped with heated seats and dual temperature controls. It also has remote entry with an alarm. It comes with 2 keys and remote fobs. It has heated seats. The motor is a 3.8L. All the tires have 75% tread or better on them. The chair ramp is accessible from the inside and the outside of the van. This is an 11 year old vehicle and there are some surface scratches, dings and a few small dents in the body, no more than you would expect from a vehicle of it's age and mileage. The leather on the driver's seat is worn and is showing wear (see picture), there is a tear in the carpet of the wheelchair area (see picture). TERMS OF SALE: We sell our cars through many venues so we reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback.The successful high bidder must submit a $500.00 deposit with a bank wire transfer, cash, or with a credit card by telephone within 48 hours of the auction's end to secure the vehicle.We accept Visa, MC, Discover and Paypal. The buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due ( and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. Balance to be paid by wire transfer,confirmed bank check, or cash. A limit of $2,000 can be applied to a credit card, with the remaining balance being paid as stated above. If the deposit is not received or the transaction is not completed in the specified time,and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the auto will be offered for resale and negative feedback will be posted. All financial transactions must be completed before taking delivery of the vehicle. Shipping is entirely the responsibility of the buyer. Any vehicle sold for less than $2000 is AS-IS, no exceptions. All sales are final and No warranty or guarantee is offered or implied for any auto unless specifically noted in the vehicle description, or unless an alternate agreement is made between the buyer and seller. Bidders with 0 feedback or excessive negative feedback, must contact us prior to bidding in order to insure that we will accept your bids.
