Vehicle Detail
This is one, if not the badest CJ you will ever see. It sticks out every where. It has been in many shows and parades sponcered by Teraflex. It was a long build taking about 5 years and several changes along the way just like any project but this is the final result. Frame has been modified with shock hoops, frame supports, cross members, roll tie ins and powder coated. has a 14 bolt rearend brand new, not some juckyard find right from GM with detroit lockers and 5:13 gears with finned aluminum cover and 11' disc brake conversion. Suspension for the rear is 4' YJ springs over the axle with an anti-wrap bar built by Teraflex. The front is a 3 link setup with 36' gas charged 2.5" rockcrawling shocks (no springs) major articulation! Dana 60 with detroit lockers built by sixstates. Custom built steering setup also from Teraflex with an ARG steering box. The Motor is a crate ZZ383 crate motor from GM with 425hp and 450tq. Has MASSFLO EFI system, the whole motor setup with March pulleys, all aluminum tin, aluminum fast burn heads and fuel injection system was over 15,000.00. all brand new only has about 2200 miles on it... Everything was either rebuilt or brand new on this Jeep in the build, mostly brand new. has a 700r4 trans with advanced adaptors 32 spline output shaft to an NP205 tranfercase rebuilt by Sixstates. Both drivelines were built by Tom Woods, the back is a super strong flang CV joint shaft, Stainless brake lines through out, Tires are 38' by 13.50's Toyo's on 20x10 chrome plated aluminum wheels. fiberglass hood and body, It has hydrboost brakes and will stop on a dime. Hunsaker seats in front and 1 in the rear all with 5 point harnesses. I do have the origonal back seat that is in perfect shape that comes with it. It has a Poison Spider full roll cage tied directly into the frame in 8 places. The stereo system is all Pioneer with Ipod adaptor, 2 10' subs and almost a 1000 watts of power also comes with CB. The front section is carpeted and the rear just has a bedliener coating. As you can tell the dash has been changed to a YJ type dash with digital gauges, all of them work but the Speedo is not correct, just needs to be calibrated. There is a scrape by the spare tire that you can see in one of the pictures, I have also reinforces the spare tire mount on the bumper and is just primered right now. The front bumper is a Hansen that has been modified a bit for the KC lights and tow hooks which are stainless steel, about a 100.00 dollars a piece. It has a 12,000 pound winch on the front. Comes with Hardtop and doors along with a bikini top. Teraflex which is one of the top builders in the country did all of the suspension modes with around 15,000 in labor... Done right! This is the basics, there is just way to much to list everything, even if I tried I don't think I could. It is my baby and very disappointed I have to sell it after this much work. I have invested over 50,000 dollars (not including all the labor) into this and had planned on keeping it forever. If you want more pics or info please ask before biidding, I know this Jeep inside and out so there shouldn't be any confusion. A couple more things, I see some other Jeeps on here that are asking 30 to 50 thousand dollars! just because I am not selling mine for that kind of cash doesn't mean it is not worth it! I really need the money and the owners at Teraflex estimated this Jeep to be worth around 50 to 60 thousand. Also it had a turbo 400 trans in it before, I changed it to the 700r4 for the extreme low 1st and the overdrive, winning bidder can have that trans too, it will bolt right back in with no mods what so ever if you want the bruit strenght over the OD. I have had some questions about driving this on the street too, I have this licensed and registered for the street, you may notice the extra wide flare add ons in some of the pics, It drives and handles very well on the street, it is a Jeep though and anyone that has owned on knows the short wheel base is always going to take some getting used to. Thank you for looking! Had BAD bid, please only bid if you really want it and you have the money, That bad bid cost me a 150.00 dollars. Thanks!
