2000 Honda Civic EX - 4 Door - Automatic Transmission - AC - One Owner - 96,070 Miles Complete set of service records including timing belt at 60,000 miles. CarFax is clean, showing a 1 owner car with accident damage as you can see - Does not affect the running and driving condition of this vehicle. Looks like hell, though. The car did have it's right rear axle replaced to make it usable these past four months. Trunk and door shut and seal fine. Passenger rear door only opens from the inside - outer door handle mechanism is broken. This damage, technically, is considered "frame damage" and the quarter panel will need replacement to make the car look like it's original condition. Bid with confidence! This car runs and drives real nice, drive it home. Strong motor and tranny - no leaks, noises or smoking. Tires are good, (one is new) and the brakes feel fine. I did not, however, pull a wheel to check the brake pads thickness level. If a NY resident wins the bid I will have the car NY State inspected and replace the brake pads if needed. Out of state winner will have to take the chance that the brake linings have enough "meat" on them (again the brakes feel just fine and are most likely not in need of replacement). If a NY State resident is the winner I will have to collect sales tax and NY State inspection fee. Although this car is sold in "As Is" condition, NY residents will get a 30 day/1,000 mile Lemon Law Warranty, and the car will pass inspection or I will cancel the sale.
