What we have here is a Bike purchased in early 2002 by the first ( origional ) owner , in August of 02 he had hit a deer damaging only the front faring and headlites not wanting a repaired bike the insurance copany replaced it with a new bike, selling the crashed bike for salvage . I purchased it in 2003 from the Salvage Company in Texas, they intended to break it because they could not start it, it would turn over no problem, the didnt understand that Honda had a roll over safety switch mounted in the front fairing behind the headlight, I replaced the switch, Bar'um !! first turn of the key. I wanted a GL 1800 Engine for a Three Wheel car I had designed, ( see the Yellow concept mule in the photos ) the idea use the GL1800 engine, trans, wiring, instruments etc, Health issues along with people trying to rip off the design and idea by showing the concept model photos on varios web pages as there own. ( Check out QuiMoto or Qui Moto on Google, you will find the pages listed by Myers Motors as there vehicle, the only problem they din't own it, I did, many others tried to steal and claim it for theirs ) So I have a complete Honda Goldwing GL 1800 with all the parts except the front fairing, It is all disasembled, in sub modules, ie: the engine/ gearbox is complete, Front and Rear suspension complete, all rear trunks are together, the wiring is undamged. So the rebuild will be easy, I also have the complete Honda Service Manual. Wheels and tires are all good, no damage. Radio, dash etc perfect, mirrors and front lights are there. there is small surface damge to one radiators. Like I said before I disasembled the bike it started and run perfect. I will sell complete or break for parts if needed, The Bike is on a Texas Salvage Title, the CarFax report comes up with a date of accident as 08/02/02 in New Mexico involved in crash with a deer, Moderate Damage reported.
