Up for grabs is a unique opportunity to own an all original low mileage, 1991 Thunderbird Supercoupe. I recently purchased it from the original owner with less than 36,000 miles. He has supplied me with a Carfax report and all the original paperwork from the moment he took delivery, back when the car had only 76 miles on it. I have folders that contain maintenance and receipts. The car spent most of its life in a garage and according to the owner, was never used during the winter and it shows. Yes this is a no reserve auction, so bid to own............plans for storing this car have fallen through and since it was the last one I bought it is the first one to go..........don't miss your chance at a low mileage car for litlle money!!!! Happy Holidays and Happy Bidding!!!!!! The interior is near mint and the exterior I would give a 9.0 out of 10. The reason I say 9.0 is due to the fact that everyone has differing opinions of what mint is. This car will be 20 years old next year and with this age it only shows some sun fade on the rear trunk lid, one high ding (hard to notice) and a small scratch on the passenger door. There is a little weathering on some black trim but that is it. To compare, I have a low mileage 1990 Mustang GT that has spent it's entire life outside.....no rust.....but the paint is absolutely ruined. This factory supercharged bird is one of 1905 built in 1991, It is red with a black leather interior, 5 speed, premium sound, sliding sunroof, and new tires. Everything under the hood is stock, the original exhaust still in place and is just as quiet as when the car rolled off the assembly line. The car rides nice and solid, no rattles no squeaks, just like a 36000 mile car should. There are 225/60/16 Dunlop tires that have only about 1200 miles on them as well. This is truely an unmolested car........and I would love to keep it but I have NO garage space available due the fact that I have too many cars and winter is approaching.......it would be a shame to just start driving an original car like this into the ground or leave it outside in the weather..........so I am hoping to find someone that appreciates a low mileage original car. I currently take the car on short weekend drives so the mileage will be slightly higher than listed. I can take pics of anything you need so if you don't see it ask.
