Please take time to read the entire description. You will be happily suprised! My wife acquired this 1979 Mustang from the original owners Family. The Mustang was purchased new at Damerow Ford in Beaverton, (still have factory window sticker, with an msrp of $7256.00). The original owner passed Her on to a Grandaughter who wanted something else, so my Wife was able to purchase Her. At some point after 1994 the Original owner was involved in a Collision. I have checked into this, and the only damage was to the left front fender and door. Due to Her age, His Insurance Co. decided to total Her, however, the old boy had Her repaired; so the Title is Branded as "totaled". Please read on..... The mileage on the Mustang is about 132,000, and I believe it to be accurate. In 2004 Cobra Wheels and New Tires were installed for over $1500.00, at 91,911 miles. This has been my Wifes daily driver for some time, but now She needs something larger. In the last 8 months I have had the following upgrades done to the Mustang: New Water Pump, Thermostat, and Belts @ $480.35. Tune up @ $179.00. Heads Rebuilt, and new Head Gaskets @ $810.00. Complete Front and Rear Brake Systems Rebuilt at Tillamook Ford @ $472.78. New Gabriel Front Struts at Les Schwab @ 312.59. New Fuel Pump @ $196.46. Leaking Front Main Seal Replaced @ $400.00, New Rear Hatch Struts @ $65.00, and last Friday the Carb was Rebuilt @ $150.00. 2.8 V6 Runs Strong and Trans Shifts Great. The Black Leather Interior is exceptional with only one small split in the seam of the front passenger seat. The dash is not cracked, and She has a factory removable Glass Sunroof. Has all Original Books and a nice AM-FM CD Player. Everywhere the Mustang goes She gets Smiles and Thumbs Up!! This would be an excellent Christmas Gift, or a very dependable Car to Drive or Show. She has a few chips, some minor surface rust in a few spots, but nothing serious, also two of the dash lights have burnt bulbs, but I'm to old to contort my way under the Steering Wheel to replace them. You may want to replace the Drivers Door seal as it leaks a little in a pressure car wash, and the Tach works intermitantly, probably a loose connection under the dash. We change oil every 3000 miles. All the upgrade work is done; all She needs now is a new Owner who will take care of Her. I've sold two other Cars on Ebay in the past, and have always had 100% feedback. The "Buy it Now"isn't much more than the recent repairs cost, so this is a real deal. She's worth a lot more but we need something larger right away. Pay Pal or Cash only, and I will keep Her in the Garage the minute she gets a Bid. Don't Let this one get away!!
