This beautiful little convertible is powered by the 948cc inline 4 cylinder engine and backed by a 4-speed manual transmission making it capable of highway speeds, all the while delivering a reported 40 mile per gallon. Impressive by today's standards, even more amazing for a 51 year old vehicle. It is truly a classic car - very collectible and unique. Features of this vehicle include stayfast convertible top, roll-up front windows, crank start option, and more. The car is very solid and has no visible rust. The car was running and drivable prior to being placed into storage many years ago. The car has not been driven for seven years and is being sold as is as the storage building is now purchased by the City of Waverly for demolition. The Morris was originally purchased as a graduation gift for my wife back in 1989 and has made many roadtrips for holidays and special events over the years. It is a real conversational vehicle. The clutch is now frozen and minor work is needed to get this vehicle back on the road. It comes with the extra original 948 engine. Vega wheels on car but comes with original wheels and hubcaps. Just jacked up all four corners and all wheels turn by hand they drag a little, maybe thats the way a 1959 English car should be.
