Vehicle Detail
The condition of this truck is rough in some areas cosmetically but very solid and strong. The body does have some minor scratches and dents and the interior has a rip in the drivers seat that has been repaired. The interior is very clean with normal wear and tear for a truck that has these miles on it and thirteen years old. The title is clean and it reads that is has 186,094 miles on it but for some reason the odometer only says that it has 145,000 so I am not really sure what happened there. Mechanically the truck is very strong including the drivetrain, engine, and 4 wheel drive. It does have a gooseneck hitch in the bed but it is not attached to the frame just the bed only. The previous owner must have carried a light load around his farm or shop area not saying that this truck couldn't handle a big load it if it needed to. I am not the owner of this truck but instead I am selling it for a good friend. I may not have mentioned all of the options that this truck has or any minor problems if it has any other issues. I have heard the truck run and seen my friend drive it and I will agree that this truck looks mean and powerfull just as it sounds. It will start right up and be ready to work for you when needed. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to call my friend Matt at your convienence. Email is not an option for him because he is hardly ever on the computer but will have his phone on him. So if you send me an email I may not know the answer or may not be able to relay the message to him so please call him direct. His phone number is 214-886-8291 and he will be glad to speak with you or send you additional pictures if needed. Again if you try to ask the questions through me I will try my best to relay any message to him but will not guarantee it. Everything that is listed below is what he asked me to list on what all he has done to the truck resently. Thanks for looking. - 7.3 Powerstroke - 6" Suspension Lift with 36" - 12.50 MT (5 total a spare is in the bed) - 16.5 x 10" Weld Stone Cruchers (5 total an additional wheel mounted on the spare tire to match the other four) - New front brake rotors, brake calipers and pads - New rear brake shoes and wheel cylinders - The truck is black with few minor door dings and paint chips. There is one crease on the passengers side bed panel and also one small dent on the drivers side bed panel. - The center of the hood is faded - Recent new oil change, transmission serviced - Front and rear axle services - Brake fluid serviced - New K and N rechargeable air filter (Problems) - The head lamps do not work. The switch inside the column is bad. This is the high and low beam switch. - The passenger side rear window motor is bad - The radio wiring is disconnected and does not work - The headliner sags a little bit - The seats have minor burns from cigarettes in the past (previous owner) This is a Texas Truck since new with no rust underneath on the undercarriage. On Dec-04-10 at 19:07:29 PST, seller added the following information: First of all my friend would like to say thank you for everyone who has bid on this truck of his. He has asked me to add some additional pictures to show that there is no rust on the bottom of the trucks (undercarriage) along with the drivetrain axles and other items. Also mentioned before in the previous description he had said that the head lamps did not work. Since then he has hired a mechanic to replace the blinker switch, head light switch and another plastic gear in the steering column so now the headlights are working fine with no issues. He also took upon himself to rebuild the starter because it had a slight drag to it before and now it starts up a lot quicker and stronger. We are going to add some more pictures for those of you who could not or did not have the chance to come and view the truck. The windshield does not have any cracks or chips in it but it does have some slight drag streaks from blades that were once used. The owner has mentioned that he would feel comfortable if he had to jump in it and drive it anywhere in the country. If you have any last minuite questions please call (Matt @ 214-886-8291)
