Hello, I have up for sale a 1988 BMW 325 I convertible. This car is in great shape. The body is very solid and the engine and transmission are very strong still. It runs like a dream. It runs great and shifts very strong. This would make a great project for another kid like me that has a little bit more time and money than I do. I am in college now and winter is coming quick so I need to get another car fast. The interior is fair, I had the back seat sown up and I dyed it and it came out great, the back panels have been completly washed down and came very clean and the color is still brilliant. The carpet is in great shape. The dash is very nice as well as the center console. The only major thing to do in the interior is to replace or repair the two front seat which i do not have the time or money to do. Also the carpet could use a deep cleaning to look 100%. The top will need to be replace, it has multiple holes in it, and one of the pins in the frame is broken but can easily be re-drilled and tapped again. The only other two things I can think of this car needing is a windshield due to this one being cracked and possibly a driveshaft, this one seems to tap the tunnel, it could just be a bushing or out of balance. If you cannot tell by now, I am going to school for mechanical engineering, and I just love the style of a BMW this was going to be my first one and I was really excited, but I found less time than I thought I would have, so my loss is your gain.
