Greetings, **Update to listing** I just noticed when this listing went live that Autocheck has an issue recorded that I was unaware of. In fact, when I purchased the vehicle I pulled similar reports from Autocheck and Carfax and nothing came back on either so I'm very surprised now that this is showing up. I would have to put this on a frame machine and check the measurements to verify the validity but since this has been my daily driver for the last two years, I doubt that there's any issue with the car and certainly haven't had any problems with pulling or wear and tear that would be considered unusual. I'm going to investigate further but I suspect this is an error or the auction house made a mistake because the car is in excellent shape and I have complete confidence in it. I'm a freak about safety and there is no way I'd endanger my two amazing children if I thought there was some structural issue. I've even had a couple of the local dealerships offer me decent amounts and they've seen it and pulled their own values for the car and didn't seem to have concern about anything so again, very surprised. In any case, happy bidding and I'll update if I found anything else. I'm the second owner of this immaculate vehicle. I love this car and hate to see it go but our expanding family is forcing me to change vehicles. It's extremely quick and runs like a champ. I've had absolutely no issues with this car and it's mechanically sound. I have all service records, manuals, keys, etc. If you're familiar with the Infiniti brand you already know the craftsmanship and quality but if not, you really should consider looking at this one. It's been well cared for and babied by a meticulous owner (me) and has been trouble free since owning. I bought it with 9k miles so it was practically new. It still is with only 40K miles on it and it's still under warranty (for another day :)) The power train is still under warranty for another two years or 70K miles. This car has every option available. Sport package, which changes the handling, adds chrome trim as well as the 20 inch wheels (when comparing you can tell by looking at the chrome pedals, the chrome roof rack and the rear lamps should be smokey looking instead of red). Speaking of wheels, the tires only have about 4k miles on them so they are nearly new and have no measurable tread-wear. It also has the touring or tech package, Keyless start and entry (awesome), Adaptive Cruise Control (automatically adjusts based on the cars around you - incredible feature), Navigation, Bluetooth, Tiptronic, Heated Seats, Sunroof, Rear Camera, Parking Sensors, Rear Airbags, Etc., LOADED (see below for more details). I'm pricing this below book (KBB has it at $26,300 in good condition, $27,600 in Excellent - NADA pegs it at $30,575 for retail).
