This is a 2001 ford focus that my mom bought it has 107.5k miles and she has done her best to keep up with the maintenance this past summer we did our big 100k tuneup and a couple of other things that were needed. Here is a list of what was done: Spark plugs/wires/valve cover Front rotors and brake pads ( ceramic ones not the cheap ones) New ac compressor orifice tub and accumulator with synthetic freon blows nice and cold timing belt water pump and timing cover tensioners everything was replaced serpentine belt was replaced with a new gates one. Cooling system was flushed and replaced. We did all those things but now the car has a check engine light and shakes when you start it, i'm tired of her spending money on this car so we decided to get a new fusion. This car had all maintenance done since as long as my mom has owned this vehicle, i've asked a few mechanics and they said it could be as simple as one of the spark plug wires being loose to fix but i'm not mechanically savvy by any means so i'm not gonna mess with it. This car is sold as is and should be bought a mechanic or someone who likes working on cars so they can fix this. Reserve is set at a easy 1800 if you add up all the total work done to it this year by calling any mechanics shop they will tell you anywhere in the ballpark of 1500-4000 just fyi.
