NO RESERVE. Up for your bidding pleasure, a 1990 cbr 1000f. Bullet bike. Crotch rocket, etc. I always wanted to ride one of these, and then this one came along. Ive put about 40 miles on it, and realize I should have bought one when I was younger. Im 56 now, and my body and bones will not keep up with this monster. I knew they were fast, but Holy @#$%! Im selling it to keep my wife happy, (and my body intact). CAUTION!! This bike is NOT for novice riders. It should NOT be ridden by beginners. It is Extremely fast!! This bike runs well. It rides very smooth and straight. It idles like a pussy cat, and screams like a banshee!! The redline is over 10,000 RPM.! You'd better have a good grip on it when you twist the throttle open, because its not messin around! It looks to be all original equipment to me, other than the paint. Everything works as it should. Turns signals, gauges, etc. Does not leak or smoke. Starts easily. It does not overheat. Tires have some tread and should be ok for a while. I think it might need front fork seals, but that shouldnt be too hard or costly. There are some scuffs on the body, and I think it is supposed to be red, not black. Seat needs a cover, but the foam is still soft and in good shape. This would be a good bike to restore, or just get on it and go really fast the way it is. It has a rebuilt-restored title. I dont know why. I see no evidence of any major damage anywhere. Bike is sold as is-where is, but will assist your shipper or possibly bring it to you for an agreed on fee.
