I bought this bike new from Valley Cycles in Winchester VA in 2006 for my son at Christmas. It is basically brand new and hardley ridden, do to a lack of places to ride. The plastic and stickers are in great shape with only a couple of light foot scuffs. It also has a govenor on the throttle that is easily adjusted. Bike runs great!
