We have a 1995 Isuzu Rodeo V6 3.2L automatic, dual overhead cam, 4x4, SUV for auction. VIN sticker says that it was manufactured in February 1995. There is NO RESERVE on this vehicle. It has 132,118 miles, drives and looks good, but has one major problem. The engine overheats after driving about 3 miles. I purchased the vehicle with intentions of fixing, but realized I won't get around to it. Previous owner said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle except that it needed head gaskets. I know it uses water and overheats--that is as far as my knowledge goes. The engine oil looks to be OK, I dont see any signs of water in the oil. It does drive nice and sounds nice, but the engine has a little vibration. Not currently inspected, but out mechanic said that the vehicle looks good other than the engine problem. Repair or replace engine and you will have a good vehicle. The last inspection expired 6/10. The Rodeo has a manual sun roof that does NOT leak (as far as we can tell), brakes seem fine, tire tread is about 65%, tires are P24570R16 Uniroyal Laredo, power windows, power locks, A/C, tape and CD player, and cloth grey interior which looks very nice. The armrest / center storage compartment lid is not perfect, with bumps in the vinyl. The vehicle has no rust that we can see except for a small spot at the driver's side rocker panel area (see photo). The spare tire cover stitching has separated and there is one tear on the front. An operator's manual and Haynes Repair Manual are included with the vehicle. Clear coat on hood and driver's fender is peeling. There are several minor dings and scratches, but overall the vehicle is nice for its age. There is some damage to the roof (center is depressed under roof rack). The frame is solid. There are two patches on the outside of the frame adjacent to rear passenger side. It doesn't look like anything major and overall frame looks excellent. Vehicle can be seen at my location by appointment during the auction. Vehicle needs to be picked up within 3 weeks of end of auction. If left beyond that time, there will be a storage fee assessed. Rodeo is being sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Buyer is responsible for picking up at my location, and will need to be trailered. Not recommended to be driven more than 3 miles from my location. Deposit of $250 is due within 48 hours of close of auction. Balance can be paid upon pick-up.
