Vehicle Detail

1973 Suzuki GT 750 water cooled electric start “Water Buffalo” 3 cylinder, 2 stroke, dual disc brakes (first for the Japanese) One owner 35 years Original condition 28,220 miles Newer battery, rebuilt master cylinder, sealed gas tank, NOS exhaust baffles in original pipes which sounds like factory, custom fog lights and foot pegs, factory option chrome radiator guard, complete tool kit, vintage fairing and trunk, sissy bar, original owners manual, MO 1973 license plate, extra NOS cables, plugs, new clear sight glass with gasket. This 40 year old bike is ready to ride. It is not without some flaws, but very presentable. I think it is a nice example of the water buffalo. Some said “take the fairing, sissy and luggage rack off for a cleaner look” and I replied “lots are seen this way.” I would love to restore it, but feel they are only original once and this bike is a time capsule. Would it look good in new paint with matching fairing and rack? You can do that OR not do it, but the winner can decide. I recently was in an accident with a garage door spring and lost partial use of my left hand. I’m lucky to be alive! It is very sad because I love to ride and this injury has hindered that. I have classic cars too, but I can drive these. Anyone into these motorbikes can appreciate the care it has had. There are some dings and scratches, but overall I feel you would not be disappointed with it. I live in St. Louis, Missouri; in the Central Time Zone so if you wait to bid, be aware of this. I encourage anyone in the area or a serious collector to please come by and have a look and hear it run, but sorry, no rides, thanks. Please feel free to email me with your questions and I will do the best to answer them. I work, have a family, and go to therapy. I will check from time to time, but I don’t hang on the computer. It has been a long time since I have listed anything, but as I have a “new view” on life, I am trying to streamline my “projects” and find a good home for the bike. This is a rare and unique bike with classic styling; can easily be restored to like new condition. I do not have a business, but love the vintage bikes and cars. I also have a 1998 KX500 I might be listing, but I think my brother wants it. In addition I plan to sell a 1963 Ford F100 short bed uni-cab that is all original if anyone is interested in it. Otherwise, I might be listing it, too, in the near future. Thanks for your interest and time, Scott P.S. No warranties or returns, sold “as-is” and buyer beware this is a used motorbike and not new or perfect. Seller reserves the right to reject anyone for any issues concerning Ebay feedback or negative actions. I have 100% feedback (as both a buyer and as a seller) and want to keep it that way. Buyer is responsible for pickup and delivery. Full payment will clear before taking possession. I will help loading or meeting the needs of the buyer. Take care and happy bidding!
