Vehicle Detail

This auction is for my 1954 Olds 88 two door post. 324 V8 4 barrel engine runs excellent, just had carb professionally rebuilt. Hydramatic slant pan auto tranny. I'm having issues with the transmission. It shifts through the gears strong while it's running on the jackstands, but didn't want to stay in gear when I drove it around the block. It never slipped, just came out of gear while driving. I just spent $400 to get this tranny fixed and it's still not shifting correctly. It could be something as simple as an adjustment, but I'm not putting any more money into this car. The car will start and drive on a trailer. Clean title in my name. Interior is rough, but I have most of the pieces. The car was originally green, but got a crappy black paint job many moons ago. The tires are crap and need replaced. I rebuilt all the wheel cylinders and had the brakes working good, they need to be bled again. When the car sets for a long time I have to pump them up again. Rear window has a new seal and was professionally installed, I have a very nice front windshield that comes with the car. Also have the fenders skirts, complete set of original hubcaps, and a few boxes or extra parts. Both side glasses are gone along with the driver vent glass, one rear 1/4 glass is cracked. The front bumper has a dent in the lower passenger side and the right front fender has a small hicky. Shallow dent in passenger side front of rear wheel well. The rear of the roof has some light dents that were pushed out, not very noticable but they are there. Very nice trunk floor, the rear floor pans were replaced 6 months ago with plate steel. Driver front pan has a little rust, but didn't need replacing in my opinion. I took a good pic of the rust through and thats the worst spot on the car. The car is very dry. Passenger front pan looks good. Passenger rear 1/4 chrome is kinked. I'm missing the trunk latch. I don't have the key to the car, just a toggle switch. The ignition is still there, just never got around to getting a key made for it. The fuel pump was bad so I have it running off an electric fuel pump with a toggle switch. I've never tried the gas tank, just used a boat gas tank to work on it. It does come with an extra gas tank in case it's bad. All the body mounts are in great shape and I've got pictures if you need them. I've got a lot of money in this car, but I found something I want more. NO RESERVE, THIS IS AN AUCTION WITH BALLS. Must be paid in full within seven days of auction end, no exceptions. Bank transfer is preferred. I've sold lots of classic cars on ebay to customers all over the world with 100% feedback, bid with total confidence.
