Vehicle Detail
relisted, I did not list as salvage title because I didn't know it was a salvage title, my apologies to anyone who bid that did not look at the title history Here we go again - Son is in school, mustang is taking up space in my driveway. He hit a deer a while back and the car has been sitting ever since. It was his daily drive until the deer incident, now it needs to go. I'll tell you what I know and answer whatever questions you have to the best of my ability. Car has "cobra" insignia but I don't know if it is or not. Now that I can see the history it appears that it received a salvage title a long time ago, not sure if by accident or theft but it has been on the road for a long time since. Needs a front bumper and paint on the left fender. Everything looks like it lines up OK but the drivers door needs a pretty good push to close properly but it does line up when shut. I'll assume it needs a hinge alignment but I'm not an expert by any means. The left side ground effects package is broken but it comes with new parts which will need to be installed and painted. The interior also needs work, rip on the drivers seat, the rest looks OK (leather) but showing signs of wear throughout. There are wires coming out of the dash which I'm told are for a tachometer. Tires (Ventus HRII) high-performance in good shape and look like they are wearing equally so I will assume the car tracks straight. This is a 130K+ mile car and will need work to put it back on the road but I guess it will make a great project car for someone with the correct skills. New clutch, maybe 1000 miles. Conv. top works properly and is in good shape. There is an aftermarket radio and CD which works as it should. There was a big speaker (sub-woofer?) in the back seat which I took out but the wires are still there. Has aftermarket exhaust, MSD ignition or something
