Vehicle Detail
1972 Buick LeSabre Convertible, 2 prior owners before me. The 2nd owner had it for around 20 years and for the last 10 years it was mainly just driven in parades. 48125 actual miles. Triple black in color. 455 Buick engine. Automatic. Power windows, seats, top, steering and brakes. Factory air conditioning, compressor is not working. Original black interior, carpet is showing some wear, dash is good. Rear seat was torn on a seam but repaired, have to close to notice, front driver's seat has a couple of small cracks on the side, rest of seats are nice. Top is very good. All glass is good. Vertical weather strip on the rear side windows are cracked. Tires are excellent. Runs a little bit rough when first started, a tune up should cure that. Drives real good but the shocks need to be replaced. Power windows and seat work. It has the factory Speed control option. Left rear quarter had some body damage and it was fixed but the quarter is pretty wavy, looks good until you get close. The whole car was repainted and all the Buick and LeSabre badges were removed. There are a few minor dents in the hood. There is one small bubble on the wheel well of the right rear quarter, rest of body looks good. The trunk has 2 rust spots about 2 to 3 inches on the floor by each wheel well, rest of trunk is solid. Right rear floor has some rust, rest of floor is solid. The topo is very nice, back window is glass and is excellent, power top works. It has a solid fiberglass black cover instead of a soft boot that covers the top when it is down. Power disc brakes up front, drums in the rear. Dual exhaust. Factory chrome wheels have a few small rust spots, not noticable until you are up close. This car would make a great driver with a tune up and new shocks. On Oct-11-10 at 20:27:48 PDT, seller added the following information: The VIN number is 4N67T2X112193.
