1992 Ford Mustang GT Under 60,000 miles 308/AOD Great street/bracket race car, extremely clean. Newer paint, professionally done by a ford body shop, looks factory, no tape lines or other evidence of a repaint. Titanium grey interior with 03/04 svt cobra seats front and rear. B&M aod shifter. Florida 5.0 gauges with pillar pod containing a wideband a/f gauge, all autometer phantom guages. 8 point cage with swing outs. Through the floor subframe connectors done by a chassis shop, look factory. Battery relocated to trunk. Chromoly bumper supports. Full Lakewood suspension-shocks/struts/uca/lca. 4.10 gears, traction loc posi. 31 spline axels with c-clip eliminators. Ford racing aluminum driveshaft. Lentech aod transmission rebuilt by silverfox performance transmissions. Electric overdrive lockout, manual/auto valvebody. 3800 stall non-lock dirtydog converter. Engine-stock block, stock crank and stock rods, but it has Probe Dome Pistons. Machining on this block with balancing cost over $2500. 28oz balance, ford racing billet balancer. The block was professionally worked (bored, honed, decked, and balanced) in a shop called Victory Racing Engines in Cleveland, OH. The crank and rod bearings are coated. domed probe pistons for tw heads around 10.8- 1 compression. Comp cams xe274hr out of the box twisted wedge heads gt40 tubular intake, extrude honed and ported to 1250 lower 30lb injectors 65 mm throttle body stoock air box. Roller rockers. Pro-m mass air meter Fms shorty headers, flowmaster complete 3" exhaust. NOS 05115 50-175hp nitous kit. 1 bottle sprayed through motor, on the 75 and 100 jets. Centerline convo pro wheels, bf goodrich t/a's. Manual steering, A/C delete, antenna delete, and radio delete. Painless wiring ashtray switchplate. Car runs great, drive anywhere, race anywhere. Cruise 80mph in overdrive, switch it off, go racing. Run mid to low 12's on the motor, mid to low 11's on the nitrous. Or enter a car show. Very consistent, low 1.60 foot times on the motor. Too much to list, lots of neat, clean little tricks on this car, all tastefully done. The car looks better the closer you get. There is no air bag in this car. It has a tilt colum/wheel from a 1989 mustang. The front bumper has some minor cracks. There are no drag radials on the car that is shown in some of the pics, there are bfgoodrich t/a's front and rear with about 5k miles. In talking with previous owners of this car, milage is less than 60,000. The motor has about 3k, the trans about 6k. The instrument cluster has been change is the reason for milage discrepencies.
