here we have a 1957 chevy 2 dr hardtop bought from california 8 years ago built in oakland ,ca. paint code 813 surf green w/ ivory top body number 1796 nice low number,does not have i peice bumper or seemless frame dont know if ever did?car is as rust free as you can get couple pin holes under left aluminun insert and small amout in tailpan,only mod to body is the hole for floor shifter (there is a patch made for it) does have disc brakes and a 12 bolt posi (3;73) no radiator ,frt , rear glass,side glass cracked but all there,no eng or trans , drive shaft ,aluminum dash insert,window cranks,door panels but the stainless there ,front seat complete no cover on rears ,almost all else is there in used condition,chrome needs to be done all stainless in very good shape,only new parts are the gold grill and front springs,and headers for small block has later motor mount kit and rear crossmember,you get all in pictures,not shown i have 5 center caps for the vette rallys,tires plenty of tread,vacum wipers stock am radio,may be some small stuff not there but probally should be new anyways,all floors, trunk,braces are all rust free meaning all solid and no holes,all is packed up in car for shipping,i dont think you can find a cleaner 57 chevy to build also i have 1 of the black plates that came with car (in trunk pic) vin tag is affixed to car as it came from factory,firewall tag was removed carefully and in hand along with clean il title,any questions please email or call 773-552-1957 car is for sale locally and can end auction if it sells here first. please no time wasters or scamers,if car is paid for in full i can deliver within 200 miles of my house for freeOn Oct-11-10 at 08:05:06 PDT, seller added the following information: I WANT TO SELL THIS CAR,YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH IT ,IM SWEETNING UP THE DEAL IM THROUGHING IN A MUNCIE M 20 ,BELL HOUSING ,AND LIKE NEW HURST SHIFTER ,THAT CAME WITH THE CAR ,SO COME ON GUYS BID TO WIN THIS AWSOME CAR
