New York State buyers must pay 8% sales tax on this purchase. Buyer must provide 24 Business hours notice prior to vehicle pick up. CDTA accepts Cash-in Person, Certified Bank Checks and Paypal ONLY. Note – Prior to vehicle removal, winning bidder will be required to sign a bill of sale, in order for CDTA to track its' disposal of surplus vehicles.
