For Sale: A superb condition 2000 Porsche Boxster S with 67,667 miles an average of 6800 miles a year. This fine automobile came from California currently in Virginia. I purchased this beautiful sports car in the intent to drive it every day and enjoy its handling. However, due to my work schedule, it has been sitting in my garage just looking good. I have since babied this car and NEVER tracked. Since I purchased this fine sports car, I have replaced the spark plugs with the original factory plugs, (Beru Spark Plugs), replaced the air filter with a dry life time air filter comparable that of a K&N air filter non-oil, replaced the cabin air filter and installed new tires. This fine sports car needs nothing! The one very minor item the new owner may want to do, is to reupholster the hand brake’s lower leather area which is about a 4 inch area. Apparently, when installing a “short shifter”, I accidently made a tear on the leather that surrounds the brake pull. Too small of an item to worry about or keep anyone from purchasing this fine sports car. A true eye catcher. If a car fax is pulled, it will speak of some front work done on the car. The original owner ran over a log on the highway and cracked the front stock bumper. As he was the president of the Carlsbad, CA Porsche dealership, he took the insurance money, added to it, and replaced the front bumper with a Porsche high grade front spoiler and skirts to include rear wing. The car has the upgraded Xenon lights and clear side marker lights. The “top and rear window” are in perfect condition. I recently changed the oil and replaced it with Mobil One 100% synthetic extended performance motor oil. Car is in perfect condition as I had it checked professionally prior to purchasing. Lastly, as advised by a Porsche mechanic, I purchased a 2003 Porsche Boxster S exhaust system that provides a much better sound and added a couple of horses. I have the original exhaust system to accompany the car. No modifications were made as it was a plug and play installment.
