This car has thousands and thousands of dollars in service and maintenance, all original body panels and paint in excellent condition, a full warranty to cover you after you buy it, even two sets of mats and a spare set of 19” Audi OEM alloy wheels! You really can have it all. Here's the deal: -- It's a 2004 Audi A8L in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition. It is dark blue over grey leather and carpets. It has 69,xxx miles, looks like a million bucks, and drives like a million bucks too. Just incredible condition for a 2004 car. – -- Exterior 9.75 out of 10 (I'm finicky) - Fantastic overall condition paint, body, glass, and trim. No dings, no dents, a few small surface scratches/chips, all of which will be touched-up prior to delivery. This A8L looks amazing, with a deep shine to the glossy paint that's like looking into a mirror. This car looks great even under fluorescent light in a garage! -- -- Never any accidents, and wears all the original body panels, paint, and bumpers. This is a 2-owner car since new with a clean Carfax and Autocheck history. Even the lower side-body moldings are in great shape. Chrome, rubber, glass, trim is all very nice. No oxidation, fade, wear, rust, etc. -- -- Interior 9.75 out of 10 - The grey leather interior overall including all seating and door leather, seat padding, dash, console, and carpets are in amazing original condition. No dash cracks, carpet rips, very little wear of any kind on the leather (driver’s bolster shows nearly zero wear). Everything looks and feels new; you can’t even tell anyone has been in the car. No smoking car. -- -- The door panels and trim are also in great shape, like the rest of the car. -- -- Even the trunk is perfect. The spare is in place, and the jack and tools are in place. -- -- This car is loaded including full leather, power seats/windows/locks, sunroof, navigation, ventilated seats, CD changer, power rear and manual side shades, and more. -- -- Electrical 10 out of 10 - All lights, switches, radio, windows, wipers, seat motors/memory, and power mirrors work perfectly. Headrests, power lock system, etc. all operating properly. The HVAC system is fast to respond, and perfect with hot heat and ice-cold A/C. MMI works perfectly. -- -- Mechanically 10 out of 10 - Engine starts, idles, runs, and revs to redline in every gear smooth and strong. The transmission is smooth, and upshifts/downshifts are crisp. The car runs at high speed with no vibrations or noises. There are no leaks. -- -- Engine is very strong and smooth. Brakes are solid with recent pads and rotors, and pedal feel is firm. Air suspension is tight like new. Steering nicely weighted with no play in the box. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check, wire transfer, or cash. We will not release the vehicle and/or title until funds clear back to the issuing bank. If you pay cash, you can pick up the vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait until the funds clear back to the issuing bank unless alternative arrangements are made. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles for nine (9) days or until the funds clear back to the issuing bank. Bidder’s Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid. Storage Terms: Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for five (5) calendar days and at nineteen ($19) dollars per day after that. Liquidated Damages: In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, we shall be entitled to liquidated damages from that bidder in the amount of two thousand dollars plus two hundred dollars per one thousand dollars of the total purchase price of the vehicle.
