Hello and thanks for checking out another one of my rare early Mopars! 1955 Fireflight sportsman Desoto. This is one very very rare car. The Fireflight sportsman was one of the rarest of the rare in the 1955 desoto line. This car had all the chrome, power and styling. The car has factory leather interior and chrome moldings in the inside. The car came with the mighty 291 Hemi 200hp one year only and only in this fireflight model 4barrel carb and dual exhaust.The only options this car doesn't have is AC and power windows and power brakes.This car has been garaged and dry kept. this car is in very restorable condition and is all there.The body has its typical rust areas in the rear quarters and side rockersm but nothing major.This car is very restore ready and sought after collectible early Hemi mopars. In 1955 chevrolet made well over 1 million 55 chevys. When you go to a cruise or car show you see many chevys and fords. When you drive up in one of these most of the time your the lone ranger and thats what makes these cars even that much cooler.
