Vehicle Detail
I am moving to England and need to sell my car ASAP! I am selling a great 2003 Hyundai Tiburon GT V6, with just over 96,000 miles. I am the second owner. It was bought brand new by a guy in California in 2004. I then bought the car in June of 2005. At that point it had 38k miles, and a clean history. This car has a CLEAN title...no accidents. Two dings noticeable up close, but nothing major...certainly acceptable for a 7 year old car. Under my ownership, I have done the following: Replaced Clutch and Fly Wheel - 2 years ago Replaced Evaporator for the AC - 3 months ago Replaced the battery three times - most recently about a year ago Replaced tires - most recently about 10 months ago. They have been rotated and aligned. Note to potential buyers: -The gas gap paint has faded....though the gas gap is small. Touch up paint would restore it. -There is a scratch from the first owner on the driver side..nothing I felt needed to be taken care of. -It was also bumped by another car (under first owner). Again nothing I felt needed attention, though there is a small dent/scratch above driver front wheel and door. -The AC knob just came off...easily replaceable, actually some super glue would take care of it. It works without it however...I have used it this way for the last 2 years. -I had wiring for XM radio done professionally. There was a small hole about twice the size of a pencil drilled in the dash paneling for the wiring. of course with the XM unit...that whole is not visible at all. -Recent oil change and tune up (about a month ago) -I had this car registered and plated in NC, though just moved up to Rhode Island. My registration expired Sept. 15th...and by law am not allowed to sell a car with invalid plates. What that means is that I will be selling an plated/registered car. The buyer is allowed to bring valid plates from another car to temporarily use (48hrs) to drive the car away. A bill of sale is required for this to work, which I will provide of course. It will be the buyer's responsibility to pick up/ship the car. Please email with any further questions.
