Hello everyone, you are looking at pictures of a very hard to find factory V8 Jeep CJ-7. This is a original CA Jeep with NO RUST anywhere. This Jeep is very original, it has all of its original drivetrain in it, and it has all of its original factory sheet metal and factory hard top, doors and all five wheels. This Jeep may have been a Golden Eagle edition Jeep from the looks of the wheels, it has had the exterior only repainted once and the decals were removed, the firewall and inside floors of the tub have NOT been repainted and are all original. This Jeep should be considered a running and driving PROJECT, it is an excellent begining or a great daily cruiser. The Jeep has a great running 304 V8, it starts right up and does not smoke or make any funny noises, it does have an aftermarket muffler on it and sounds throaty. The original T-150 3 speed manual trans works, but it will need to be gone through as it is noisy, i have driven this Jeep all over town with no issues, but the trans is noisy. The model 20 part time transfer case works great it is easy to engage into and out of 4 wheel drive. Both front and rear axles are stock, consisting of the model 20 rear end and a DANA 30 front end with factory disc brakes. All other 4 wheel drive equipment is in working condition. As you can see from the pictures the exterior of the Jeep is in good shape, there are several imperfections such as scratches, dings, dents etc.. The interior of the Jeep needs to be redone, we have removed the carpeting to show how clean the floors are, the carpet was old and dirty so we threw it away, the front seats have seat covers on them, assume the worst, the rear seat is in great shape, the dash pad does not have any cracks in it. The Jeep has a factory tilt column. The Jeep has a factory tach and it works, it also looks like it had a factory clock but it is not there anymore, the rest of the gauges work ok but are intermittent. The ignition switch is switch is a little sticky. The tires have lots of tread but there is some dry rot from sitting around. The front tow bar goes with the Jeep.
