Vehicle has salvage title. I do have a CarFax which offers the very limited explanation of the car having been in an accident in California in 2004. It was then repaired and came to Georgia. I was not concerned because I became aware of the car being for sale through Performing Imports in Roswell, GA. Since they were already doing work on my two other BMW's at the time, I knew that the car had been repaired correctly or they would not have agreed to do all the Dinan work on the car. The car is absolutely available for inspection. I have personally put more than 30,000 miles on the car, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the car other than it was in an accident. That said..... Here is the good news! Car has more than $50,000 in receipts, I have approximately 5 years of receipts from Performing Imports here in the Atlanta area, an authorized Dinan dealer. This car has the S2 and S3 Dinan packages consisting of Stage 5 Engine Software; Automatic Transmission Software; High Flow Throttle Body, High Flow Mass Air Meter, High Flow Cold Air Intake; Free Flow Exhaust; High Flow Intake Manifold; Stage 1 Suspension System; Dinan Pedal Pad Set; Serial Numbered S2 Plaque; Dinan Deck Lid Badge, Dinan S3-740 features advanced supercharger technology coupled with painstaking engine management re-programming for huge gains in horsepower and torque. The Stage 2 Brake Conversion is included featuring huge 334 x 32mm front and 328 x 20mm rear rotors, ensuring that the proper braking power is available to haul your supercharged S3 740 to a stop safely and predictably.The S3-740 represents the ultimate in 740 performance, offering 412 horsepower worth of blistering acceleration, fast and predictable cornering, and improved stopping power, instilling a higher level of confidence in both car and driver. The Dinan mods alone cost over $30,000 from the previous owner and I have the receipts. Car also has front and rear Passport radar and laser shifter. Many, many thousand dollars in maintenance including, ALL NEW SUSPENSION installed June 2008 (shocks, bushings, control arms - anything rubber) and a new alternator. The body and interior are in very good shape. No rips in the leather. A few slight abrasions on the M-Pars. Has Sirius installed. 99% free of chips and dings. Hood, front quarters and trunk painted in 2009 due to road rash over the years. This car is an extremely fast Autobahn type vehicle, shown locally at Oktoberfest here in Atlanta, car always gets a lot kudos. I now have a six state territory here in the southeast, I used to fly but now have to drive and unfortunately need something more practical, it doesn't make sense to put 25,000 miles a year on this beautiful car.
