I owned this bike for 31 years. The paint on the gas tank is original. This is a 6 volt, dual point system with original amal carbs. The bike is basically the same way as when I bought it. I had the top end done 3 years ago, that set me back $1400. The bike runs very strong and has a nice sound. I rode this bike alot in the early 80's. I put antique tags on and ride maybe once a month now. The mileage shows 7936. To be honest that's the exact miles I put on since owning it, because when I purchased the bike there was no speedo or tach on it. This is no museum piece but it's a good old strong running bike close to stock 1964 Triumph Bonneville. Every time I bring it out heads turn, and people are interested in what year it is. This is not a numbers matching bike, which someone just pointed out to me. But the vin on the engine is the vin on the title. Also, this motorcyle was indoors the whole 31 yrs I owned it. You won't be disappointed. This is my Dad's bike and I'm trying to sell it for him.
