1969 Honda CT

Up for a no reserve bid is a real nice 2360 mile early model '69 Honda CT70 commonly referred to as a Silver Tag. VIN CT70-114044/Engine #CT70E-113604. 3-speed semi-automatic transmission. After 41 years its still in great shape but has lost a little beauty. Most notable is a tweaked right handlebar. I believe it to be mostly original except for tires, wire harness, air filter, headlight shell (you will notice its sexy red compared to the rest of the bike) and battery. Tires were on the bike when acquired however the other listed items I installed. It does sport most of the Silver Tag amenities however the wheels are the later style. I'm not sure if a previous owner changed these or if it was late enough in Honda's production to warrant the change, I suspect the latter. It runs perfectly while the lights, speedometer and horn work correctly. It is to the point of showing age signs on the chrome, engine, paint, decals and wheels. I do believe all the cables are still original. Seat is the early style with the bolted on tool kit (missing!) holder and shows no signs of cracking or breakage. It does have title (which lists the bike as a 1970) and I will throw-in a nostalgic CA black and gold mc license plate!
