I'm selling this vehicle for my sister and brother-in-law. My brother in law used to drive this truck, but he recently purchased my grandparents car and they no longer need/want this Tahoe. It has some damage from an accident on the passenger side that is rather severe, but the frame is not bent and the truck goes down the road fine and is very dependable. The details are below: Good: Rear cargo doors, leather passenger/rear seat, power windows and locks, electronically and automatically controlled four wheel drive (can be selected manually as well), 4 speed automatic with tow/haul mode, cargo tie down points, accessory power outlets, child restraint system, air conditioning works, CD player, anti-lock brakes, and front tow hooks. Bad: Rear defrost isn't working, passenger side windows don't work due to door damage, smaller dents on the front bumper, blower motor for heat and air conditioning only works when fan is set on 3 or higher, rear passenger tire has a slow leak, there is a gap between the door tops on the passenger side due to the accident damage (see the pictures) but the doors still open & close (he stuffed and taped towels into the gaps to prevent water from coming in when it was raining). There is also damage to the rocker panel and main body around the doors so that major work would be required to recondition the body which is why they had never bothered. The truck is other wise in good condition/repair inside and out. Purchase the vehicle for parts, to repair, or continue to drive as is. The starting bid of $1,500 is the reserve, which I feel is very reasonable for a full size SUV with four wheel drive and lower miles.
