Up for sale is this 1976 Ford Thunder Bird, I am selling this car for one of my best clients because he does not have an e-bay account. All information im giving you about this car is accurate because I can remember when he purchased the car and I am very familiar with the vehicle because I drove it a couple of times or more. In 2003 the orginal owner of the Thunderbird bought a new Ford pickup truck, he had so much fun driving the truck he parked the Thunderbird. Before it was parked gas was drained from the tank, water from the radiator, engine block and the car has been setting idle in his yard since 2003 and stills looks good. With coolant, a strong battery and gas this car will start and can be driven. The Bird has 59.000 original miles on the odometer, it has Power Stering, Power Brakes, Electric Windows, Automatic Transmission, Daul Mirrors, Cruise Control, Alloy Wheels without the center pieces, Air Condition, AM/FM with built in 8 track player. It features a half vinyl roof (That needs to be replaced or removed completely), The engine is as big as they come, its a 460 Cubic Inch Four Barrel V8 with Solid State electronic ignition and it moves the car loaded with 5 passengers like its empty. Because the car has been setting for seven years it shows exterior and interior wear from heat, cold & humidity. The exterior body has very few rust spots, the chrome is in good cndition (except rear bumper) The interior shows normal wear but the roof liner has dropped down because of the heat from setting in the sun. This 34 year old car is completely restorable if you want a showroom look, The exterior & Interior is all original styling with no modifications whatsoever. There are no major dents or dings in the body. Except for mother nature this car is better than good condition for restoration because its all original and it only had one original owner.
