For auction is a nice driving 1966 Volvo 122s sedan. It is equipped with 4 speed w/overdrive transmission taken a from an early 70's 140 model. It does shift into overdrive when the swith is engaged, but it doesn't always come out. It needs to be repaired. I basically stopped driving it when this happened and don't use the overdrive anymore just the four lower gears. Otherwise, it has a very strong running B18 engine with dual SU carbs. It idles very nice and purrs like a kitten. It was my daily driver 2 years ago and is now simply waiting for a new owner. The brakes are a little spongy, but once you drive it a little bit, they firm up. I drive it about once a month to keep things shined up. It has a clear Ohio title. It has minimal rust. Namely, there is rust in the back near the trunk where the car bumped into something and banged things in a bit. It has been straightened out some, but is not perfect. It has two replacement doors on the driver's side. One is missing the cranking mechanism, but I can locate one for you. There are a couple of holes in the floorboards, but these have been covered up with pieces of aluminum sheet metal. No rust has affected the structural components of the car like the unibody beams, but a few holes in the floorboards as mentioned. There is a little rust hole (1 inch in diameter) in the fender and beneath one of the side trim pieces on the driver's side. This car can be driven short distances, but I recommend that you bring a trailer with you to take it home to your house. I have 3 more of these cars and lots of parts that I can help you out with if you need more things. A full set of hub caps goes with the car. I have at least 20 hubcaps in great shape. The tires are about 40%. The headliner has been removed from the car and so has the floor liner.
