1982 Camaro Indy 500 pace car. Selling due to moving, no garage. The ad is placed on my brother's computer. Fun car, head turner. Runs and sounds great. Drive anywhere, dependable. Not exactly show quality- needs a few things. Low reserve- an excellent time to get a v-8 muscle car for under 5 grand. Located 6 miles from Sandusky, Ohio- 1 hour west of Cleveland. The good stuff: app. 3000 mi. on rebuilt 305 (not original motor). New Holley 600 carb. Crossfire intake included. Runs great. New radiator, belts, hoses, aluminum intake. New rubber seals around glass t-tops. Like new tires. New $750 exhaust (cherry bomb). Seats and headliner redone. Nice interior. New shocks. front end tight and straight. Driven daily, no surprises. Things that need attention: Has an oil leak underneath, don't know where. You will leave a few drops when you park it. Needs one exhaust manifold gasket. Has a 4-5" diameter hole in driver side floor pan from where t-tops used to leak. Small rust spot on front quarter (see pic). Some of the guages don't work. Speedo and odometer aren't working, so mileage is going to be off. Last owner did an amateur paint job. Some orange peel/ runs. Some of the decals are peeling up. Small tear on the driver's seat.
