This vehicle offered for sale is a restoration project. Can be rodded or used for parts. This vehicle is NOT running. The engine is partly dissembled. The vehicle has serial number but is NOT currently registered. THe truck has all four wheels. The cab is there, but was taken apart in sections for transport. The truck also has a grain box which again is dissembled for transport. I understand that 1928 was the first year for four wheel brakes. I alos understand that 1929 was the first year that all Chev trucks had factory built cabs. I understand that 1927 was the first year you could order an optional factory built cab. This truck does NOT have a factory built cab - rather a cab that was built by a local carriage builder. Assume all of the wood needs to be replaced. All of the body tinware is there except for the rear fenders. Gauges (not present) mount in the fire wall. Every bolt I have put a wrench to so far has turned without any issues. This is a restoration project and will require a labour of love to restore. Must be moved within a month of purchase. Buyer to pick up.
