For sale is a 2006 Suzuki LTR-450. This quad has been upgraded by myself and I have been the only owner of this vehicle. As far as my mechanical aptitude on the work that has been done, I worked as a field service mechanic for Caterpillar for 5yrs. It includes: -Full Yoshimura Exhaust -Pro Comp intake -Pro taper bars -Twist throttle -Removed large unsightly control pods on bars and mounted start button on handle bars (retains all functions) -HID front light (that sucker is BRIGHT) -AC Nerfs and front bumper -Fuel filter issue fixed by relocating fuel filter (old filter cost $80 and would cause ATV to bog at the top of a jump after a few months, replaced with more efficient easier to service fuel filter) -Shift pin relocation kit (to prevent cracked cases if you land on the shifter after a jump...reinforced it) -Gripper seat and graphix kit -Rear skid plate -It is currently geared at 3:1. I built and mainly operated this ATV in Glamis, CA. This thing is mean in the sand as well as dirt track. It's fast, loud, looks good and nobody around here can beat you in a drag!!! I've had it out to mud bogs out here and it does good in everything except soft clay. Put some sand paddles on it and you'll never get stuck in the mud.
