Greetings! I am re-listing for sale, my 2002 Chevrolet Impala sedan. The reason for relisting, is I got scammed big-time by the buyer, and it was made worse by my bank. This vehicle is a daily driver, and the mileage at the time of sale may be a bit more than what is listed. This vehicle was purchased by me to compensate for my injuries while transporting my two toddlers. They are now bigger, and can get into my truck, which I am more comfortable driving after having been injured in a severe motor vehicle accident in 2007. Being on pension, it is time to maintain only one vehicle, so the car has to go. Vehicle Condition: In general, this vehicle is in very good condition. At the time I acquired (107,000 miles) this car, I replaced the tires with Uniroyal TigerPaws. Since then, I have replaced the battery, wiper blades and 2 turn signal light bulbs. Oil has been changed on a regular basis. Externally, the car has no "eat through" cancer; however, at the lower rear edges of the front wheel well openings (on the lips) there is the appearance of the start of discoloration/rust. On the left rear corner of the trunk, there is 2 slight gouges in the paint, but metal is not evident. Internally, there are some small "nicks" on the internal door panels. The carpet does show wear for the 8 years and 137,000+ miles on this vehicle. I am not a smoker, and I can vouch for the time I have owned this car, no one has smoked in it. I can not attest to the prior owner, though. Please note, that the back light for the dual zone climate control is "blown-out", and at the moment is too costly for me to have replaced. I have owned this car for approximately 19 months. I will attach photos to show the nicks in the interior door panels, trunk gouges, and "rust" on the front fenders. The cup holder on the front bench seat's fold down arm rest has "snapped" tabs, and will fall out when the armrest is lifted up to the "folded" position to allow 3 people to sit on the front bench. The gas guage does not read accurately, and is too costly for me to repair (dealer estimate is $600 and involves dropping the fuel tank), so I rely on the trip odometer, and refuel at 300 miles (of late, 300 miles of local driving on the trip odometer requiires 13 +/- gallons of gas). Features: Contrary to what appears with the auto feature of options the appears with the VIN, this car has: 3400 V6 transverse mounted engine with front wheel drive Automatic Transmission This car does NOT have a sun roof. AM/FM Stereo Radio with CD Vehicle History: I am not the original owner. This car was purchased from by me from a dealer in upstate New Jersey, and this car was purchased by them from New York. I am not aware of any accident history, and this car has not been involved in any form of accident since I purchased the car. Shipping: If you wish, I will offer to deliver this car to you. If you wish, I can trailer this car to you at the rate of $1.00 per loaded mile, paid in advance. However, I can only deliver this car when I am child-free, which runs from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon. I must limit my travel distance to 400 miles from the Hamilton Mall, in Hamilton Twp, NJ 08330. If you wish the car trailered to you, the charge will be computed by MapQuest (select shortest distance route) and paid in advance to my PayPal account. I WILL NOT be a party to arranging shipping anywhere ... even across the street! If you wish this vehicle shipped, you make the arrangements, and you pay the shipper! Payment: If you choose to purchase this vehicle, and are the lucky winner, you must make a $200 deposit to my PayPal account, no exceptions! The balance is to be paid by cash, or money order at time of delivery/pick-up or within 7 calendar days from the close of sale (which ever occurs first). This vehicle is located in Mays Landing, NJ, and potential buyers are welcome to see the car prior to purchase. This car has a valid NJ inspection sticker that expires January 31, 2011. It is my understanding that the inspection sticker is transferrable to anyone that registers this vehicle in NJ.
