Description of [BMW K1200LTC] Auction for a 2001 BMW K1200LTC with exceptionally low miles. I'll entertain any reasonable offer, as well as trades for a 2007 BMW R1200GS. This bike is the biggest and most comfortable bike that BMW produces. It's in great shape and ready for many more luxurious miles. As stated previously it's a model year 2001 BMW K1200LT Custom. It has just over 8254 miles on it. Tires are in good shape, and mechanically the bike is sound. I would not hesitate to embark on another 3,000 mile trip tomorrow. .........SECOND OWNER..........Bike has never been wrecked or dropped at speed. Tip over here and there happened but it will happen to you too, no problems. Bike has 8K ORIGINAL miles from new so not too many service records up to date. New brake pads installed at rear brakes recently. The feature list on this bike is long and extensive, but the highlights are the stereo, electronic cruise control, heated grips, heated seat, and heated passenger seat. It also has dual power outlets for charging items or running your optional heated gear on it. The windscreen is fully electrically adjustable, and there are small wind deflectors to adjust the flow of air around the rider. This bike is shaft drive so maintaining it is a breeze, and it even has reverse gear to help navigate it into a parking spot. Last but certainly not least are the fully integrated single-keyed saddlebags and top case. Lots of space for that extended road trip.
