For sale is a 1990 Mazda RX7 Convertible. There is not a reserve price, so the car will even if there is only an initial bid of $500. I am selling the car since I do not have the time or money to do all the things that the car needs. The salvage title is the result of being rear ended and the paper work for the safty checks have done and the salvage title issued. The registration is paid through October 16, 2010. Most of the impact in the accident was absorded by the trunk, but the bumper cover was damaged and if you look closely you can see where the taillights were moved slightly. A rebuilt engine was installed in August 2004 when the car had 58807 miles. The engine stats right up and runs well. I recently had the catalytic converters replaced. The automatic transmission shifts well. The factory alarm system still works! The Yokohama YK240 tires were installed in March 2004 when the car had 55123 miles. The tires are still good but being six years old they are due for replacement. The car needs new paint, new roof and Upholstery. The roof itself goes up and down without a problem.The drivers window motor works, but the the window does not go up and down and probably needs a new window regulator. The tach, clock and radio work intermittently. The windshied wipers occasionally stick and you have to play with the switch. This is not meant to be a complete list of the cars problems, but I am attempting to give an honest description of the condition. The car is being sold as is, where is. There is no warranty of any kind and the sale with be final, no adjustments or return. The buyer will be responsible for obtaining a smog check and certification if the car is going to stay in California. The buyer is responsible for picking up the car in Sacramento California. I will be willing to assist in taking the car to a shipper in the Sacramento area if you have made all the arrangements and paid for the car in full.
