You will receive the title in the mail 10-14 business days after transaction is complete. The title will be transfered into your name or business name prior to being mailed, no exceptions.
The high bidder is required to provide the following information within 24 hours of auction end: full name, address, county, home phone number, e-mail address, date of birth, social security number and driver's license number. The State of Ohio will not title a vehicle without a SSN. This information can be e-mailed, faxed or given over the phone. Fee and Tax Information: There is a documentary fee that is 10% of the purchase price with a maximum fee of $250.00, $15.00 for a title and $18.50 for a 30 day temp tag. Ohio residents must pay sales tax. Title will be mailed to you. Residents of the following states will have to pay Ohio sales tax: Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Ohio, South Carolina and Washington. You may or may not get a tax credit in your home state. Check with your local Department of Motor Vehicles for more information.
