For sale is my 1983 R65 when I purchased the bike about a year and a half ago the fork seals were leaking and were replaced. Just for good measure both tires and shocks were also replaced because the previous owner could not verify their age. The battery was replaced in March of this year, and the engine oil and filter was changed in June. The bike is in good condition aside from some weathering (saddle bags instrument cluster cover faded) previous owner did not keep it covered, and general wear and tear. The tank has minor dings on it but for a bike that's close to 30 years old it looks pretty good. It runs great the only driveability issue that is has is that its rather cold blooded when its cold can be a little tough to start. I'm selling it because I purchased a 97 BMW R1100RT. The bike would make an ideal to work commuter. One other thing I must mention is that a very high speeds (85 and higher) it tends to develop a very slow speed wobble where the steering head wanders it seems to happen on a very heavily grooved local highway. I spoke with my local dealer and was told this was fairly common on this particular bike. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
