Here is your chance to own the ultimate 50's era (James Dean) black lead sled. If you have been watching my offers of late you know I have closed my business of 22 years and am in the process of selling my car collection. Sold so far: 1928 Ford Roadster, 1955 Thunderbird, 1956 Austin Healey 100, 1963 Ford Ranchero, 1965 Corvair Convertible, 1965 Rambler Ambassador Convertible and assorted motorcycles. It is time I sold my Merc. First-off, the body is lazor straight Period. The body anf the entire frame is simply in excellant condition. It has a Chevy 305 under the hood with a 700R4 antomatic. Both are in perfect condition, no excuses!!! I have won many trophies at various car shows here in Lancaster County. Obviously it has been Nosed, Decked, shaved and lowered. The front end was lowered by Fatman drop spindles and 2" lowering blocks in the rear. The tires are new 235/75 15 radial white walls (drives very well). It is important to know that the car has NO leakage of any kind. The lake pipes are just for pretty (non-functional). The tail lights are the origional but they were lowered by aprox. two inches. The doors open via electric switches located at the bottom of each door. While it is an automatic, I kept the stick look (Clutch pedel and origional stick on the tree. It has a 20 gallon fuel tank., with an electric fuel pump. All chrome was re-chromed while all the bright work is origional and in beautiful condition. The Merc. looks really great at night becouse it has purple neon lighting at all four corners that show from under the car. So you can be heard it comes with: Wolf Wistle horn, Bull horn and of course an AUUUUUUGAAA horn. Know that it has not seen rain in at least the last 25 years. I have an enclosed car trailer, so I could deliver it to you depending on your local and for a fee.
