1978 Firebird Trans Am Project Car Up for auction is a 1978 Trans Am project car. This car has all the rust in the normal places and requires a complete restoration. Has T-Tops and weird fiberglass hood but I do have a shaker hood for additional money. The engine is a 403 4 barrel with an automatic transmission. The car starts and runs but would need some TLC before putting it on the street. Its an A/C car but is missing the compressor. Needs battery. It was driven in 2007. Has headers and new Flowmaster exhaust system. Sounds good. Theres no rust in the trunk and I dont see any on the floors but I havent dismantled the car so I really dont know the true condition. The transmission and valve covers leak oil. I have a title in hand. Ive restored several cars in this condition.
