Vehicle Detail
Up for sale here is my '77 Honda CB750 K bike with 32,648 original miles and counting, color is the original Excel Black. These bikes really need no introduction, and this one is a real find, given that it has all original components in very good to excellent condition. I have invested in the bike and really enjoyed owning and riding it. It definitely gets attention, and is ready to go. Would be a great addition for a vintage bike collection, and/or can easily serve as a loyal and highly reliable daily rider. The work that has been done on this bike over the last couple of years includes: Top end valve job (including 8 new valve guides) New drive chain New clutch and clutch cable New front tire (Dunlop OEM) New front brake cable and brake pads New maintenance free battery New throttle cables New horn (loud!) Original carbs cleaned and sync'ed The engine is tight with great power delivery, and the bike shifts up and down smoothly through all gears. I recently shifted to using synthetic oil in the bike and it has resulted in improvements in mileage. You can ride it comfortably all day at 75-80 mph and beyond with no issues. Everything works on the bike as it should - all control and indicator lights, speedo/odometer. Fires up in a second from cold using the electric starter, and has the back-up kick start as well. The bike has been stored in a climate-controlled environment when not ridden, and therefore has no rust. The bike has lived in the South its entire life. Selling because I am ready for an 1100 for more serious touring, and I do not have the space for two motorcycles (would definitely keep this one if I did!). The winning buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for shipping (I will of course help with scheduling the pick up time and date), otherwise I will be happy to pick up winning bidder at Atlanta-Hartsfield Int'l airport. Bike can safely be ridden anywhere. I have the clear Georgia title. Thanks for viewing and please e-mail with any questions.
