Lets try again, and only serious bidders, thanks. 1959 Ford Custom 300 Coupe -Inline 6 -Automatic transmission -Manual choke I am technically the 3rd owner of this now black beauty. I purchased it here on eBay from a gentleman in New York. He pulled this 59 from a garage where it had sat for 20 years. The 2nd owner parked it in 1989 due to his belief the water pump was shoot. After he got her out of that garage he did some really good body work and sprayed the car a cool flat black; and that’s where I come in. (Tires are great and the wheels are painted with some nice dog dish welfare caps on them.) I then bought the non running car (with cool paint) and had it shipped to me here in Florida, where I did the following: -New gas tank -New fuel pump -1 Barrel Carburetor rebuild -Radiator re-cored -New water pump -New generator -New plugs, wires, points, capacitor, battery -Oil change (of course) -New carpet and gas pedal…. -AND MORE…… NOW IT RUNS but still needs some attention!!! What it needs: -Brakes -Carburetor and timing needs adjusting. I started on the front brakes and have the brake hoses and wheel cylinders for both sides (they are in the trunk along with the headliner bars and some other goodies). Also the interior is rough and looks original. As you can see I just cleaned it up, and tossed a seat cover over the front seat. You can come by and take a look at her, call, or shoot me an email with any questions. You will not be able to drive her (obviously). I hate to see her go, but I am relocating reference work. I have owned many classics, and I always wanted a 59 Ford Coupe; but the timing is not right. I would like to see her go to a good home where she can get back on the road where she belongs.
