Up for sale is a very clean 1997 BMW 528i with 168,400 freeway miles with LOW RESERVE This is a very good looking car, That runs very well, this vehicle should be a good driver for years to come. New Brakes, New Tires!! The A/C blows ice cold air with perfect temperature control dual zone I had a Full A/C service done recently, full freon, new A/C switch and all new hoses. The rear right windows need to be repaired and does not roll up or down (the motors are there and working). The regestration expired a month ago, it will cost you $87 to renew it,but when I originally bought it and registered it, in order for it to pass smog emissions, I had to install a new Cat Convertor, which I paid $1400 for it (still have the invoice for it), I also still have the invoice for a full manufacturer recommended engine service and installing two new cabin filters which helps prevent and smell to come in from the outside, it works great especially when I drive on the highway near dairy farms. The check engine light is on due to tired servo meter but still working, you don't have to change it for another 10K miles which will cost you about $220, other than that the car has zero mechanical issues. I've had the car for 1 year now and it's been a very enjoyable car. Car has a 2.8 liter inline 6 attached to a 5 speed auto transmission. The tires have approx 80% wear left. and it runs through all 5 gears smoothly. Overall it's a real fun car to drive. It's quick and gets pretty decent gas mileage (22-27). The interior grain trim is in perfect condition. As for features, the car has pretty much everything - 8 way automatic seats, telescopic steering wheel, cruise control, leather seats. The front leather seats have few tears and normal wear for the age of the car. As for any 13 year old car, there is some wear, like 4 or 5 scratches throughout the car in the size of 1/4 of inch, but I think I got most of it in the pictures. It is very nice car, and overall a pleasure to drive. This will be a great deal for someone willing to do a little bit of work on it which will not exceed few hundreds. It has NO noise coming from the engine or from the interior of the car. If you live locally, and would like to come by and see the car and test drive it, you are more than welcome to.
