ENGINE Triumph 72 650 3 angle valve job,new valve guides,valve springs came within spec or where replaced. .40 over pistons ,new rings and hone job Carbs amal 930 rebuilt and finely tuned Electrics Boyer electonic ignition,Typanium Rectifer,and new mini Battery,was rewired soldering all ends and shrink tubed,cloth wire was used where it showed,hidding wireing was a priority. Transmission and Clutch Transmission was tore down ,inspected,new clutch cable,clutch rod,ramp,trans shifts smooth in all 4 gears and NO grinding into 1st like alot of old Triumphs Kick Start only was gone thru and cleaned and inspected,new kicker spring was installed. Front End New fork tubes,new Dunlop K70 3.25 by 19" on Stock Dunlop Made in England rim chrome is in great shape,New euro style handle bars and chrome p-clamps with solid bushings. Custom Pipe Bomb oil tank,external oil filter for larger oil capacity and cooling Custom solo seat with leather covering and 1/4 inch foam,3" chrome seat springs Custom chain tensioner with bones skateboard wheel and red bearings Custom tail light bracket with Model A, STOP tail light Custom sissy bar Custom 5" fender Rear Wheel: 18" Dunlop Made in rim,there is some pitting on rim,Dunlop K70 4.00X 18 tire, speedo drive is there,new sealed bearings and new brake pads Paint Tank and rear fender were sanded down to bare metal,primed,painted in Sand Stone Pearl base with 3 coats of clear,water sanded and buffed. The pictures do not do this paint justice,when the sun hits it glows and is deep. Frame was taken down to bare metal,primed and painted in semi gloss black Hardeware Used as many original parts as possible and used Grade 8 bolts on all motor mounts,and where appropriate used stainless steel hex bolts This bike is a runner it pulls hard thru all the gears it is not a trailer queen,it has won shows but it is not a show bike,it was built to be ridden,it is low fast and loud. It puts a smile on your face everytime you get on her. This bike was originally going to be my daily driver so nothing was overlooked. It is a one kick bike with a little tickle of the carbs.
